The third debate, which will carry the themes of defense, security, international relations, globalization, geopolitics, and foreign policy, will be guided by two moderators, namely Anisha Dasuki and Aryo Ardi.
There will be 11 panelists that will compile questions for the three presidential candidates, namely Anies Baswedan, Prabowo Subianto, and Ganjar Pranowo.
KPU member August Mellaz said the layout design of the debate stage is not much different from the previous debate, although the location of the debate moved from the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC) to Istora Senayan.
"Only the location will change. The location will be different, but the layout will not change compared to the second debate at the JCC," Mellaz said at the KPU Office, here recently.
Regarding the debate theme, he said KPU decided to expand the themes from four to six themes.
"Defense and security remain the themes, but we add international relations with globalization, then geopolitics with foreign policy," he explained.
Meanwhile, KPU did not change from the debate format.
The first segment of the debate will be opened with the delivery of the vision, mission, and work program of each candidate pair, started first by presidential candidate number 3 Ganjar Pranowo. Furthermore, in the second, third, fourth, and fifth segments, the candidates will talk more about their programs.
The moderators will then ask the presidential candidate questions, and they will respond or refute each other's answers.
The debate will close with each candidate delivering their closing statement.
