Jakarta (ANTARA) - The State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) Ministry along with the Forum Human Capital Indonesia (FHCI) will open the SOE Joint Recruitment Program (RBB) in March 2024 for the nation's best youngsters to join SOEs.

SOE Minister Erick Thohir noted in a statement received here on Thursday that the recruitment program is not only for SOE holding companies but also for their subsidiaries and affiliated companies.

"I hope that with a larger scope of placement, RBB can open up the widest employment opportunities for the best children and create superior talents for the nation," he affirmed.

According to the minister, the program is important to support diversity and transformation in the SOE group to make it a global player and participate in the progress of the Indonesian economy.

"This opportunity certainly has an impact on improving people's welfare," Thohir remarked.

He noted that the program is the SOEs' real commitment to creating new jobs in the country.

This year, the RBB opens more opportunities for people with diverse educational levels, from high school, vocational high school, Diploma-3 and Diploma-4, and Bachelor's Degree to Master's Degree graduates.

People with employment status of the specific time employment agreement (PKWT) and indefinite time employment agreement (PKWTT) can also apply.

Meanwhile, FHCI Chairperson Alexandra Askandar lauded the mandate given by the Ministry of SOEs to FHCI to hold RBB this year.

"We will continue to make improvements to the quality of RBB programs by improving system reliability and evaluating the RBB stages, with more detailed and clear information that facilitates the participants," she affirmed.

She noted that the FHCI will ensure the aspects of transparency and accountability in the RBB recruitment.

Participants can apply for vacancies in various industries and follow the entire RBB 2024 process for free.
