Jakarta (ANTARA) - Indonesia's Minister of Manpower Ida Fauziyah has asked companies to meet their commitment to providing THR allowance no later than seven days before Eid al-Fitr this year, or by April 4, 2024.

"Tomorrow is the last day for payment of THR (mandatory non-wage income) by the companies. Therefore, we again appeal and remind our fellow entrepreneurs of their commitment to providing THR this year," said Minister Fauziyah in a statement released here on Tuesday.

She informed that the ministry has opened a THR command post to provide consultations and address complaints regarding THR payments. The post can be accessed directly or online.

For online services, the post can be accessed via the website poskothr.kemnaker.go.id, call center (1500-630), or WhatsApp (08119521151).

The ministry has also asked local governments, through manpower services in provinces and districts/cities, to open THR posts that are integrated with the poskothr.kemnaker.go.id system.

"So, we provide this THR command post for all parties, both entrepreneurs and workers or laborers, to provide consultation and law enforcement for the 2024 THR payment, where this post integrates the THR command post at the provincial and district/city levels," Fauziyah informed.

She added that consultation services at THR posts will end on April 3. Meanwhile, complaint or law enforcement services will continue to be provided until after Eid al-Fitr.

"We hope that entrepreneurs and workers or laborers can optimize the existence of the THR post in terms of THR payments this year," the minister said.
