At the limited meeting held at the Presidential Office here on Monday, President Jokowi was seen seated in the middle, flanked by Minister Prabowo on the right and Minister of State Secretary Pratikno on the left.
"This morning we will talk about the 2025 RAPBN and I want the 2025 APBN draft to accommodate all the programs of the elected president," Jokowi noted in his opening remarks.
The president emphasized that the government's work plan and the State Budget draft can accommodate all programs planned by the new government of President-elect Prabowo Subianto and Vice President-elect Gibran Rakabuming Raka.
At the meeting, the president also reminded of the importance of being aware of the risk of a global economic slowdown that could lead to a food crisis and rising oil prices.
"The most important thing is to be aware of the risk of a global economic slowdown, both in relation to interest rate policies and the escalating geopolitical situation, which could potentially lead to a food crisis and rising oil prices," the president remarked.
Jokowi also requested that the government's work plan optimize steps to increase state revenue targets.
Attendees at the meeting comprised Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs Hadi Tjahjanto, Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto, Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture Muhadjir Effendy, and Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan.
Finance Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati, Minister of National Development Planning and Head of Bappenas Suharso Monoarfa, Transportation Minister Budi Karya Sumadi, Health Minister Budi Gunadi Sadikin, and Agriculture Minister Andi Amran Sulaiman were also present at the meeting.
Meanwhile, Attorney General ST Burhanuddin, Chief of Police General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, and Commander of the Indonesian National Armed Forces General Agus Subiyanto were also present at the limited meeting.
