Head of the ministry's Development and Information Agency, Ivanovich Agusta, stated during a webinar on Monday that those parties include the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, the Ministry of Investment, and the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning.
"In the Ministry of Villages, the support that will be given is the acceleration of legal entity (certification) facilitation for BUMDes," he remarked.
In addition, he highlighted that the Ministry of Finance facilitates tax identification numbers for BUMDes.
Furthermore, Agusta said his ministry is also collaborating with the Ministry of Investment to issue business identification numbers for BUMDes.
"If later, BUMDes want to manage service units, then, of course, they will need land. They need certified land, E-certificates, electronic land certificates. There has also been cooperation and data interoperability between the Ministry of Villages and the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning," he remarked.

On that occasion, he also drew attention to several requirements that BUMDes must meet to become Nutritional Service Unit managers.
One of the requirements is to have a land of 400 square meters, with a building area of 200 square meters, as well as cooking equipment that meets the standards of the National Nutritional Agency.
In addition, they must have a Veterinary Control Number as well as ISO 22000, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), and halal certificates.
Furthermore, BUMDes must have around 30–45 local workers.
The National Nutritional Agency will pay annual rent for land, buildings, and cooking equipment and pay daily for food supplies and food delivery.
