He also recounted learning about the ethics of eating food during the retreat.
"So far, many people think that the Military Academy is only about military. (However), we have learned a lot. How to be disciplined, on time, how to move, and how to eat respectfully," he expounded.
He said he may not have learned the lessons had he not participated in the Cabinet retreat.
He also shared his first experience of being woken up by a trumpet, adding that his first day at the Military Academy held many valuable and interesting learnings.
"I believe not all people can learn how to eat, and how to thank after eating, if not through the Military Academy," he said.
The agenda of the retreat, which is taking place from October 24–27, 2024, includes President Prabowo Subianto's briefing for ministers, deputy ministers, and heads of government agencies and institutions.
During the first plenary meeting of his Cabinet at the Presidential Palace on Wednesday, the President expressed the hope that the ministerial briefing would instill courage and heroism among Cabinet members as Magelang is known for its historical resistance against colonial forces.
"Brothers and sisters, I really prioritize teamwork. For this reason, in the near future, I will invite you to Magelang, where we will carry out a coordination at the Military Academy," Prabowo said.
