On Saturday, Forestry Minister Raja Juli Antoni announced that the day’s briefing sessions would include presentations from Finance Minister Sri Mulyani, State-Owned Enterprises Minister Erick Thohir, Agriculture Minister Andi Amran Sulaiman, and Head of the National Nutrition Agency Dadan Hindayana.
Antoni stated that the first briefing sessions focused on downstreaming and the development of B100 biodiesel, an eco-friendly fuel created by the Research and Development Agency of the Ministry of Agriculture.
After a 2.5-hour discussion on downstreaming and B100, the retreat will shift to sessions on the continuation of the food estate program, food security, and the provision of healthy meals for those in need, beginning around 11 a.m. local time.
At 1:30 p.m., participants are scheduled to attend a session titled "Strategic Review," led by Deputy Coordinating Minister for Law, Human Rights, and Immigration, Otto Hasibuan.
Minister Antoni also mentioned that cabinet members began the day with morning exercises and breakfast before the briefings.
President Prabowo Subianto, Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka, ministers, heads of government agencies, presidential advisers, special envoys, and special staff arrived at the Military Academy on October 24.
On the following morning, the president officially opened the retreat, with a focus on corruption prevention highlighted in the first day’s briefings.
The event is set to conclude on October 27.
