He explained that the retreat, which included training and briefings for his cabinet ministers, followed a structured approach often used by the military, government, and companies to instill discipline and loyalty to the nation.
"The core of every organization is discipline and loyalty," Prabowo stated in a video on Friday. "I ask you not to be loyal to Prabowo but to be loyal to the Indonesian nation and state."
While addressing his ministers and deputy ministers, he conveyed a strong anti-corruption message and urged their commitment to eradicating poverty. He also called on the cabinet to advance industrial downstreaming and strengthen food and energy self-sufficiency.
At the end of the briefing, Prabowo gathered with the ministers for a group photo, where they voiced the cabinet’s name together.
Most members of the Red and White Cabinet wore white shirts and black pants at the briefing.
