Before his inauguration, Hadimuljono, a former Minister of Public Works and Public Housing, had served as the acting head of OIKN.
In addition to Hadimuljono’s inauguration, President Prabowo also appointed the chair, deputy chair, and members of the National Police Commission for the 2024–2028 term.
Prabowo also formalized the members of the General Elections Commission (KPU) and the chairman and members of the National Economic Council.
The inauguration ceremony began with the national anthem, Indonesia Raya, followed by the reading of the presidential decree appointing the head of OIKN.
After the decree and the list of officials were read, President Prabowo administered the oath of office, which was repeated by the officials.
