WSBP Completes Spun Pile Production for Sun Bright Lestari Shoe Factory in Indramayu

A total of 4,881 WSBP Spun Pile bars were required for this project. All of these high-quality products are produced at WSBP Subang Precast Plant and other WSBP precast plants. There are two types of Spun Pile that WSBP produces according to demand, namely Spun Pile Dia.500 Class A1 and Spun Pile Dia.400 Class A2.

WSBP's Spun Pile production process for this project started on March 14, 2024 and was successfully completed on November 30, 2024. The delivery progress has been 97% with 4,770 Spun Piles delivered and will deliver another 111 Spun Piles this month. The Spun Pile products that WSBP supplies play an important role in ensuring the safety and sustainability of infrastructure as they are used to support the foundation and underground structure of the plant, thus ensuring the stability and strength of the building.

The project is owned by PT Sun Bright Lestari with main contractor PT Pilar Teguh Utama. The construction of this shoe factory is expected to encourage economic growth in the Indramayu region, while opening up new employment opportunities. By being part of the construction of the Sun Bright Lestari Shoe Factory, WSBP also supports the development of industrial estates in Indramayu, which is expected to increase the economy for the surrounding community.

“We are optimistic that this project will have a significant impact on the achievement of the NKB target in 2024. In addition, the success of this project is an important step in opening opportunities to obtain other external contracts, both in the industrial sector and other sectors,” added Fandy.

For the 4,770 Spun Piles that have been delivered, PT Pilar Teguh Utama has contributed to the planting of 477 Trembesi trees. As is known, as a form of sustainable development, WSBP has a CSR program entitled “WSBP Inspiring Kindness: Piles of Sustainability”. In this program WSBP will plant 1 trembesi tree for every 10 Spun Pile products delivered. This program invites customers to get involved because each tree planted is named after the project owner.
