As the first and only institution of its kind in Indonesia, it aims to equip the workforce with industry-relevant skills through short-term certifications, hands-on workshops, and soft skills development with a sustainability mindset, creating opportunities for those interested in the plastics industry. This special program not only equips industries with skilled talent but also improves the well-being of its beneficiaries by enhancing their future earning potential.
Officiating the ceremony, Haryanto Tjiptodihardjo, President Director of Impack Pratama, highlighted the strategic role of this initiative in supporting President Prabowo Subianto’s vision of an industry-driven economy, in line with Asta Cita.
“Through this training institute, we aim to produce a workforce that is industry- ready from day one after they graduate. We are also partnering with a leading academic institution to ensure our curriculum stays dynamic and ahead of the industry developments,” said Haryanto.
Set on a 2.96-hectare site, just an hour from Jakarta, the training institute will house practical workshops equipped with advanced machinery and modern classrooms. Aligned with Impack Pratama’s commitment to sustainability, the facility will operate with low emissions and provide ample green spaces to promote creativity.
