"The public is welcome to visit Nusantara City during holiday season, including on Eid day," Troy Pantouw, a public communication officer at the Nusantara Capital Authority (OIKN), said in North Penajam Paser, East Kalimantan, on Sunday.
He noted that during this period, the Nusantara Central Government District (KIPP) is open to visitors from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. local time daily.
"We have readied security teams in Nusantara's KIPP to ensure greater comfort for visitors," Pantouw stated.
The OIKN had prepared nine vehicles to lead visitors on a tour from the Nusantara Rest Area to the West Axis of the KIPP, he said.
Those interested in celebrating Eid al-Fitr while observing the progress of the city's ongoing construction can sign up for a visit through the IKNOW application, which is available for download on the Play Store and App Store, he added.
