"Our goal is to build a professional, modern, and innovative legal institution, with technology support, to ensure the public can access and monitor the service progress through one portal," he stated at the Open Meeting of Justice Ministers in Saint Petersburg, Russia, on Tuesday (May 20), as confirmed in Jakarta.
He outlined several main initiatives within the program, including the Digitalization of Legal Services, Integrated Data Systems, and Executive Dashboards.
He explained that these initiatives are part of a broader strategy to support the implementation of digital government, which is one of the pillars of the Vision of Digital Indonesia 2045.
Agtas also outlined his ministry's achievement in conducting digital transformation by launching the "Digital Transformation" initiative through https://kemenkum.go.id/ as an integrated portal for all digital-based legal services.
"This initiative is a manifestation of the aspects of transparency, efficiency, and accessibility in legal services in Indonesia," he explained.

The Open Meeting of Justice Ministers was attended by the Russian minister of justice and ministers responsible for legal affairs from 22 other partner countries, including Indonesia's law minister.
The event was one of the agendas of the 13th St. Petersburg International Legal Forum (ILF) organized by the Russian Federation government.
Before representatives from 22 partner countries, Agtas emphasized the importance of digital transformation in improving legal services and promoting good governance.
He also welcomed opportunities for collaboration and the exchange of experiences in digital transformation with countries present at the Open Meeting of Justice Ministers to build a resilient and cultured global digital ecosystem.
The ILF serves as an important platform for Indonesia to demonstrate innovations in the legal field and as a space to bridge cooperation in improving legal services.
The forum provides opportunities for participants to conduct dialogues with members of the legal, business, political, and law enforcement communities from various countries.
