Jakarta (ANTARA) - Indonesian Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka visited two public junior high schools in South Tangerang on Tuesday to observe learning activities and the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) program.

At SMPN 14, Gibran greeted students, inspected classrooms, and received reports on the return to normal learning while monitoring the program's implementation.

Syaiful, head of the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD), said the program has boosted students’ motivation to learn.

"Their enthusiasm and motivation are high because their nutritional needs are met," he said, expressing hope the program would help foster a stronger future generation.

The Vice President's visit then continued to SMPN 1 with a similar agenda.
