He noted that the ministry must first receive an official copy of the decree before forwarding it to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).
"I have not received the copy. As soon as it arrives, today or tomorrow, I will immediately deliver it to the KPK," Agtas told reporters.
The case centers on ASDP's business cooperation and acquisition of private ferry operator Jembatan Nusantara between 2019 and 2022.
The three defendants are former ASDP CEO Ira Puspadewi (2017–2024); former Director of Commercial and Service Muhammad Yusuf Hadi (2019–2024); and former Director of Planning and Development Harry Muhammad Adhi Caksono (2020–2024).
On November 20, Puspadewi was sentenced to four years and six months in prison, while Yusuf Hadi and Harry Muhammad each received four-year terms.
Rehabilitation is a state mechanism that restores an individual's rights, capacity, and dignity if they are arrested, detained, prosecuted, or tried without legal basis or due to an error in person or law.
Agtas stressed that rehabilitation falls under presidential authority. President Prabowo Subianto has signed rehabilitation letters for the three former ASDP executives.
The KPK previously said it found irregularities in the merger process and estimated state losses of Rp1.25 trillion (around US$75 million), allegedly benefiting Jembatan Nusantara.
The three executives were charged under Law No. 31/1999 on Corruption Eradication, as amended by Law No. 20/2001.
On November 6, Puspadewi denied the allegations, arguing that the acquisition benefited the state by securing 53 vessels with operational permits.
ASDP Indonesia Ferry is the state-owned company primarily responsible for ferry transportation and integrated port services across the country.
