She met the police`s summons for questioning at 10.45 am local time wearing a red veil and a green Muslim dress.
Milana, who came to the Police`s Criminal Investigation Department accompanied by her lawyer, Hotma Sitompul, declined to give any statement to journalists when entering the police office building in s hurry.
Hotma said his client, Milana, would be questioned by the police as a witness.
"Milana is to be questioned related to the fake passport used by her husband, Gayus Tambunan," he said.
She was also to be investigated in connection with her husband`s trios to several countries together with her while he was officially an inmate of the the Mobile Brigade (Brimob)`s detention center in Kelapa Dua, Depok.
Gayus and his wife were known to have visited Macao on September 22 to 24, Kuala Lumpur on September 30 and Singapore on October 2, 2010 with a false passport while he was supposed to be in jail.
The police had found out that the passport on behalf of Sony Laksono with the picture of Gayus was actually reserved for Margareta, a five year old girl. Gayus had confessed he had obtained the passport from a broker by paying 100.000 US dollar.
