Nine Ahmadiyah Islamic sect followers have so far been interrogated as witnesses in connection with the incident so far.
Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Police have named no Ahmadiyah follower suspect so far in connection with a clash in Cikeusik, Pandeglang, Banten, last Sunday (Feb 6) that left three people dead.

"No Ahmadiyah follower has been named suspect yet," the national police`s chief intelligence, Senior Commissioner Ito Sumardi, said here on Wednesday.

Nine Ahmadiyah Islamic sect followers have so far been interrogated as witnesses in connection with the incident so far.

"Police continued finding those involved from the two camps. We wish to make the case clear and hope anyone involved in it would give in," he said.

The police have detained six suspects so far with U and I being the last persons interrogated. They six are known by their initials as U, M,E,UJ, Y and I while the other two suspects namely M and S had not yet been detained.(*)
