"The number of participants in the exhibition - the sixth to be staged in Indonesia - will be about 400 companies," Deputy President of the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products(CCCME), Yu Zhang Jing, said here on Friday.
He said the CCCME and the Chinese government would be holding the exhibition in Jakarta as part of efforts to follow up and give substance to both nations` bilateral relations which had been increasing since 2005.
Yu Zhang Jing said that China and Indonesia were two big developing countries which have strong potentials to overcome global economic crises.
CCCME is also aware of the fact that of late there was an increase in the need for renewable energy, vehicle transportation equipment, accessories, spare parts, electronic goods, house hold appliances, electricity and processing machines for industry.
The exhibition will be held by CCCME in cooperation with the trade service offices of the provincial governments of Guangxi, Zhejiang, Guangdon, Fuian and Shandong.
