South Kalimantan water police chief Adjunct Senior Commissioner A Julius Bambang said here Sunday his men caught a Vietnamese who had been the skipper of the vessel for selling rice to South Kalimantan illegally.
The arrest was made on Friday at 9.30 am when the vessel was birthing at Kintab port, Tanah Laut.
The boat and its captain had been taken to the South Kalimantan water police headquarters for further investigation. (*)
