London (ANTARA News) - Serbia and some other countries became interested in Indonesian farm products including coffee, tea, spices, noodle and rubber, on display at the 78th International Agricultural Exhibition in Novi Sad, Serbia.

Third Secretary of the Indonesian embassy in Belgrade Ance Maylany told ANTARA`s London correspondent on Sunday that the week-long biggest international agricultural expo in Serbia was joined by 1,500 companies.

In the expo themed "Remarkable Indonesian Products", Indonesia tried to introduce potential commodities and farm produce as well as plantation products to Serbian businessmen and other companies in the area.

Serbian President Boris Tadic who opened the expo visited the Indonesian pavilion and had talks with Indonesian ambassador Semuel Samson.

The participation of the Indonesian embassy was the second and its 60 square meter pavilion put on display different commodities including palm oil, team, coffee, chocolate, coconuts, spices and instant noodle.

The Indonesian embassy put forward three major companies Sinar Mas Group represented by a Chief Operating Officer concurrently deputy standing committee for food resilience of the Indonesian chamber of commerce and industry (Kadin) Harry Hanawi; PT. BT Cocoa represented by Country Manager Koray Saban Aksaru and marketing manager; Caglar Ciftci and PT Indofood represented by Financial Manager Oktovianus Damia, and sales manager for Serbia and the Balkan Nebojsa Panic.
