Jakarta (ANTARA News) - A man with the same physical features as fugitive former Democrat Party treasurer Mohammad Nazaruddin but holding a passport with another name was arrested in Cartagena, Colombia, a senior minister said.

Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Djoko Suyanto made the statement at the presidential office here on Monday, adding that he had received the information on Nazaruddin`s arrest from the Foreign Ministry on Sunday night.

"The original report was received in Jakarta from the Indonesian ambassador to Colombia, Michael Manufandu. It said someone believed to be Mohammad Nazaruddin was arrested by interpol in Columbia," he said.
