Jakarta (ANTARA News) - The government plans to offer state bonds worth Rp7 trillion in an auction on September 13 to meet part of its financing target in the 2011 state budget.

Three of the bonds, series SPN03111214, SPN12120914 and FR0059, will be new issue, while two others, series FR0053 and FR0057, will be the reopening of the existing issue, the Directorate General of Debt Management at the Finance Ministry said in a statement on Friday.

The three-month bonds series SPN03111214 due on December 14, 2011 and the 12-month bonds series SPN12120914 due on September 14, 2012 will carry discount interest payments.

The fixed rate bonds series FR0053 due on July 15, 2021 will be issued at a yield of 8.25 percent with coupon payments to be made on January 15 and July 15.

The fixed rate bonds series FR0059 will mature on May 15, 2027 and coupon payments will be made on May 15 and November 15.

The fixed rate bonds series FR0057 due on May 15, 2041 will be issued at a yield of 9.50 percent with coupon payments to be made on May 15 and November 15.

The bonds will be offered in an open auction using a multi-price method with Bank Indonesia (the central bank) as the organizer, the statement said.

The government has the right to sell the five series of the bonds at higher or lower prices than the specified indicative amount, it said.(*)
