Sanaa (ANTARA News/AFP) - Ninety Yemeni soldiers at a besieged army base and 30 Al-Qaeda leaders were killed in Yemen`s southern city of Zinjibar in just three months, the state news agency reported the vice president as saying Sunday.

Vice President Abdrabuh Mansur Hadi told European diplomats the 90 military casualties were all from the 25th Mechanised Brigade which had been besieged since militants seized the city in May, Saba said on its official website. (*)
