Depok, W Java (ANTARA News) - The Indonesian fencing team to the 25th SEA Games is targeting three gold medals after studying the strengths of its prospective rivals, the Indonesian team`s manager said.

"We have set a modest target of three golds in fencing in the 2011 Sea Games. We have set this target after studying the strength of our rivals," Indonesian fencing team manager Eman Sumusi said here on Friday.

He made the remarks on the sidelines of preparations for the competition in a hall of the University of Indonesia here.

Eman said Inodonesia considered the Philippines and Singapore as its strongest rivals but he also believed all athletes would ultimately have an equal chance to win gold medals if they worked hard enough.
