In an Australian first, a Cake Convention will be held at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre on 4-5 February 2012, as part of the Everything Baking exhibition, hosting some of the world's best known bakers and cake decorators.
In an event bought to you by Cake Artists Australia, this two day event of demonstrations and information sharing classes boasts 10 amazing speakers all in the one location. The specialist guest presenters include:

Buddy Valastro and Debbie Brown are internationally sought after cake decorators, presenters and authors, and Buddy has his own Foxtel TV show. All the other presenters are experts and business owners in their chosen skill of cake decorating or sugar craft.
The prices of each individual session range from $25 to $220, depending on content and length of presentation. Conference participants will be able to get up close and personal and have hands on experiences of baking and cake decorating techniques. They also gain entry into the Everything Baking Exhibition, which is being run in conjunction with the conference.

The Everything Baking Exhibition is the first of its kind in WA, and expects to attract well over 4000 international, national and local visitors. The Everything Baking exhibition will be open from 9am-5pm daily and costs $16 to enter.
