"When conducting an impromptu inspection in the Nikiza shop that sold sedatives, the police team found a number of them wearing the uniforms of junior and senior high schools (SMP/SMA)," the drug criminal affairs deputy director of the national police Detective and Criminal agency, senior commissioner, Anjan Pramuka Putra said here on Thursday.
The shop keeper identified as Muhammad Akbar confessed that the teenagers visited the shop to buy the H type of sedatives with the price for ten pills reaching Rp5,000," the police said.
According to Muhammad Akbar, the shop owner named Muhammad Nur is living somewhere in Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta.
Police named three suspects namely the shop owner, the shop keeper and the drug-trafficker, who subjected to the law no.36/2009 about health problem.
The 40 sedative consumers were later handed to their parents after they issued letters of statement (not to repeat consuming the sedatives).
Consuming the sedatives will among others lead the moral decadence. (*)
