Temanggung, Central Java (ANTARA News) - The body of Taufik Ujianto (29), victim of a tugboat which blew up in an offshore oil plant in Qatar on Sunday (April 29) arrived at the house of mourning in Pare village, Kranggan subdistrict, Temanggung, Tuesday at 9 a.m. local time.

The body arrived at the house of mourning from Adisucipto airport in Yogyakarta. Hundreds of mourners including students of the navigation academy in Semarang.

The victim of a tugboat which blew up 26 miles of Ras Laffan in offshore Qatar is scheduled for burial at a public cemetery in Pare Tuesday afternoon.

The mortal remains of Taufik was flown from Qatar on Monday at noon local time and arrived at the Indonesian international airport at 11 pm and flown to Yogyakarta this morning.

The family of the victim was the youngest of three three siblings with Suyono as father and Sujanah the mother.

Taufik was supposed to be married with Hermawati of Kauman, Serang, Magelang on May 25, 2012.

Novan M Susanto, a fellow student of the navigation academy in Semarang said Taufik`s body arrived in Indonesia nine days following the fatal accident because of the process of evacuation from the wreckage, autopsy, and investigation as well as documentation.

He said the accident of the boat owned by Nakilat Svitzer Wijsmuller, Qatar, took place because of a fire set by a gas explosion.

"The agent of the company is held responsible for the accident which had killed four Indonesians, including Taufik," he said.
