The swearing-in ceremony came two days after President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono issued a decree .Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Supreme Court chief justice Hatta Ali swore in nine members of the Board of Commissioner of the Financial Service Authority (DK-OJK) at the Supreme Court building here on Friday.
The swearing-in ceremony came two days after President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono issued a decree number 67/P of 2012 on the appointment of members of the Board of Commissioners of Financial Service Authority on July 18.
The board is led by Muliaman Hadad. Deputy Finance Minister Anny Ratnawati and Bank Indonesia Deputy Governor Halim Alamsyah are ex officio DK-OJK members.
The other members are Nelson Tampubolon, Nurhaida, Rahmat Waluyanto, Firdaus Djaelani, Ilya Avianti and Kusumaningtuti Soetiono.
Also attending the ceremony were the chief of the People`s Consultative Assembly (MPR), the House of Representatives (DPR) Speaker, the Supreme Court deputy chief justice for judicial affairs, the Supreme Court deputy chief justice for non-judicial affairs, Supreme Court junior chief justices, and Supreme Court justices.
The others were the finance minister, the Bank Indonesia (central bank) governor, heads of state high institutes, the national police chief, the attorney general and first and second echelon officials of the Supreme Court.
