Some 40% of its lettable space will house businesses promoting creative learning in the arts, sciences, languages and arithmetics.

We hope to meet these market demands," Wong added.

The School's remaining floor space will house fashion & apparel, convenience & essential stores, food & beverage and specialty retail stores. The School is furnished with privileges built for the needs of urban families: designated parking for mothers and hybrid vehicles, decked-out Dad's lounges, strollers on request, and parenting rooms.
