Also Lieut. Gen. (Ret.) Johny Lumintang to the Philippines, Marshall Islands, and Palau, based in Manila; Abdurrahman Mohammad Fachir to Saudi Arabia, based in Riyadh; Burhanudin to Sudan and Eritrea, based in Khartoum; and Suprapto Martosetomo to South Africa, Lesotho, Swaziland, and Botswana, based in Pretoria.
