The presidential directive becomes effective on March 21, 2014, the cabinet secretary said on its website.
The 10-point instructions are directed to the coordinating minister for political, legal and security affairs, and several other ministers, to draft an action plan on corruption prevention and eradication.
The strategies include corruption prevention, legal enforcement, legal regulations, international cooperation, anti-corruption education, reporting mechanisms, and corrupted asset recovery.
The home affairs minister is assigned to coordinate the drafting of the action plan and routine monitoring, as well as evaluation of its progress. (*)
