The event was opened on Wednesday night in the South Sumatra provincial city of Palembang.
Till Monday night, their medal tally included 23 gold, nine silver and seven bronze medals.
Indonesia ranks second in the tally with 15 gold, 25 silver and eight bronze medals.
Malaysia occupies the third position with eight gold, eight silver and 13 bronze medals.
