Jakarta (ANTARA News) - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) left for Semarang, Central Java, at 8 am local time to meet Singapores Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.

The Head of State and First Lady Iriana Jokowi departed from Halim Perdanakusuma Airforce, eastern Jakarta.

Jokowi and Lee were scheduled to hold a leaders Retreat tete-a-tete and witness the signing of Memorandums of Understanding on bilateral cooperation between the two nations.

They are also scheduled to inaugurate the Kendal Industrial Park by the Bay in Kendal District, Central Java Province.

Jokowi was accompanied by Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs Luhut Binsar Panjaitan, Minister/State Secretary Pratikno, Tourism Minister Arief Yahya, and Head of Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) Thomas Lembong.

In the evening, Jokowi and the First Lady are scheduled to return to Jakarta by the presidential plane, Indonesia-1.
