Denpasar, Bali (ANTARA News) - Bali Choco Park, a new tourist attraction, is set to be opened soon and promises to house a combination of various types of cocoa and other rare plants in Kemenuh Village, Sukawati Sub-district, Gianyar District, Bali Province.

"We are developing a new tourist attraction, Bali Choco Park, with a land area of up to four hectares. The location is very strategic because the village of Kemenuh has long been known as the art of craftsman carving," Bali Choco Park owner Ida Bagus Kesawa Narayana stated here on Thursday.

He said there would also be a restaurant in the park, Chocolate Duck Resto, which will serve various types of cakes and drinks, made from chocolate. Moreover, the Chocolate Duck Resto will also serve various typical dishes, including a signature duck dish, to visitors.

"In addition, there will also be a place to play games, such as paintball," he explained.

Narayana remarked that in the chocolate garden, there will also be other trees planted, various rare trees and medicinal plants, including rare plants such as badung tree, juwet, sentul and kaliasem.

"A chocolate tree will be the highlight of this park. We will plant nine species of chocolate trees. So, visitors will directly see the chocolate growing, and our restaurant menu will be based on the chocolate we grow," he said.

The outbound area for paintball is scheduled to open next month, he said.

"By visiting the latest tourist attraction, the various activities and delicious and unique cuisine will leave visitors spoiled for choice," he added.
