The Balinese theme was chosen, as it represents Indonesia, with several movements inspired from the "Kecak" dance at the end of the choreography to be performed by the Indonesian team.
"Our last movement will feature us making circles and then doing the `Kecak` dance," Naima Syeeda Sharita informed Antara in Jakarta, Wednesday.
Sharita, along with seven of her team mates -- Andriani Shintya Ardhana, Nabila Putri Giswatama, Sherly Haryono, Maharani Sekar Langit, Petra Septaria Puspa Melati, Iin Rahmadhania, and Nurfa Nurul Utami -- will wear neon green costumes in their group finals performance.
"We chose neon green, as it elongates our figures, and it also goes well with our skin tone," she added.
Earlier today, the group of eight artistic swimmers had performed in the finals of the team technical routine.
Indonesia was able to get 64.5059 points from 15 judges, who came from various countries.
In terms of their performance in the technical routine, Ardhana stated that they had given it their all for the five technical points that were being scored.
However, in the end, the points acquired by Indonesia were still rather far behind China, which led with 92.5062 points.
"When it comes to artistic swimming, it is a bit more challenging as there is a difference of levels in every competition, and it can get very subjective. Hence, we do not really focus too much on the score due to those two factors," she stated.
Both Sharita and Ardhana had earlier represented Indonesia in the women`s doubles in artistic swimming.
Indonesia was placed at the bottom after receiving 128.6324 points in the final technical routine and free routine.
