KPU Commissioner Hasyim Asyari said political party officials will submit the reports in accordance with the branch levels of their parties in the district, city, province. They will report to the branches of the KPU in the areas concerned.
The central executive boards of the parties as well the success teams of the presidential-vice presidential candidates will submit their LADKs to the KPU in Jakarta.
"The submission of the preliminary campaign fund report to the KPU is carried out according to the branch level on Sunday, September 23, 2018, starting from 08.00 to 18.00 local time," said Asyari in Jakarta, Sunday.
The Prabowo-Sandi pair national campaign team will submit its LADK to the KPU office at 12.00 local time along with the Perindo Party; while the Jokowi-Ma`ruf team at 14.30 local time together with the Indonesian Democratic Part of Struggle (PDIP party).
Before handing over LADK officially on Sunday, each representative of the national campaign team of presidential and vice presidential candidates had consulted with the Indonesian KPU on Saturday (Sept 22).
"The presence of the team of the Presidential-Vice Presidential Candidate Pair No.1 to the KPU yesterday (Saturday) was in the framework of a technical consultation. The submission of the LADK for each presidential-vice presidential candidate will all be carried out on Sunday, September 23, 2018," explained Asyari.
Schedules of the submission of the preliminary campaign funds reports are PKS and PSI parties at 10 a.m; Nasdem party at 11 a.m; Perindo party at 12 a.m; PKB party 1 p.m; Gerindra party at 2 p.m; PDIP at 2.30 p.m; PPP, PBB and PKPI parties at 3 p.m; PAN party at 4 pm; and Golkar, Partai Berkarya and Partai Hanura parties at 5 p.m.
