Jakarta (ANTARA News) - The Indonesian pair, Leani Ratri Oktila / Khalimatus Sadiyah Sukohandoko, won the women`s doubles gold medal at the Asian Para Games 2018 SL3-SU 5 after defeating Chinese pair Cheng Hefang / Ma Huhui 21-15, 21-12 at Istora Gelora Bung Karno, Senayan, Jakarta, Friday.

The result was the second gold for the Indonesian contingent in badminton, after the first gold was obtained from the men`s team number.

Ratri, who returned to face Cheng, managed to avenge the defeat she suffered in the SL4 women`s singles final.

Fast and attacking games were shown by Ratri / Alim to win the first game 21-15.

In the second game, the confidence of Ratri / Alim grew and they easily won 21-12.

Furthermore, Indonesia still has a number of chances after placing representatives in the final number, including SL3 men`s singles, SU5 men`s singles, SL4 men`s singles, SL3-SL4 men`s doubles, SU5 men`s doubles and SL3-SU5 mixed doubles, which will be held on Saturday.
