"Five pillars will be presented by the ministers attending the presentation," Moeldoko remarked during a press conference titled "Building Indonesian People Towards an Advanced Country" here on Tuesday.
The five pillars presented on the occasion are economic development and competitiveness; welfare improvement and affirmative policy, the strengthening of a centric Indonesia; an increase in political stability, security, law enforcement, and governance; and the nation`s progress and achievements.
Moeldoko stated that during the four years of the Jokowi-Kalla administration, the economy was managed well and carefully.
"Economic growth is stable at around five percent and continues to rise amid global economic uncertainty. In 2014, the economy grew 5.02 percent, while in the first half of 2018, it grew 5.17 percent," Moeldoko remarked.
The unemployment rate fell from 5.94 percent in 2014 to 5.13 percent in February 2018, coupled with the opening of employment opportunities.
"The president promises employment to absorb 10 million and is currently 8.7 million. We hope that until the end, we can be certain that it will be exceeded," Moeldoko explained.
In addition, prices were under control, wherein inflation fell 8.3 percent in 2014 to 2.88 percent in September 2018.
"This price stability gives space for improving the purchasing power of the public and the business world," he noted.
Another achievement is related to the poverty rate. It is for the first time that the rate stands at a single-digit level at 9.82 percent in 2018, from 10.96 percent in 2014.
The press conference was attended by several ministers, including Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Darmin Nasution, Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Susi Pudjiastuti, Minister of Trade Enggartiasto Lukita, Minister of Communication and Informatics Rudiantara, and Minister of Public Works and Housing Basuki Hadimuyjono.
