London(ANTARA News) - Three Italian companies doing business in paper and furniture products concluded business transactions worth US$41.6 million at Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI) 2018.

Minister Counselor of the Indonesian Embassy (KBRI) in Rome Charles F Hutapea told Antara in London on Sunday that 25 Italian businessmen attended TEI 2018 organized in BSD City, Tengerang, Banten, from October 24 to 28.

The Italian business delegation was led by Indonesian deputy chief representative for Italy, J.S. George Lantu, representing Indonesian Ambassador to Italy Esti Andayani.

Hutapea said that the Italian business delegates were partners of the Indonesian trade attache of the Indonesian Embassy in Rome and Indonesian Trade Promotion Center (ITPC) in Milan.

They are generally engaged in paper business, furniture, handicrafts, textiles, processed food and beverages, lubricants and diesel, F2 car racing and wind energy sources.

The three Italian firms which concluded contracts worth $41.6 million were Nadina Srl with its Indonesian partner PT. Kunindo Pratama Jaya; Asia Palmi Snc with Sentana Art Wood; and APP Italia Srl with Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper.
