Hundreds of supporters and volunteers thronged the exit way on the Stadium’s main gate, through to Asia Afrika Street, Senayan, Jakarta, on Saturday, as they headed to Fairmont Hotel.
The chariot was followed by a carnival showcasing Indonesian cultural treasure, including hundreds of dancers performing traditional dances.
Jokowi, Iriana, and Kaesang were giving out t-shirts to supporters who were eager to see the incumbent candidate, as they try to shake his hands.
Meanwhile, vice presidential candidate number 01 Ma’ruf Amin rode a different chariot just behind Jokowi’s.
After delivering a political speech in a mass rally held between the United in White concert (Konser Putih Bersatu) that was organized by supporters and volunteers, Jokowi is scheduled to attend in the fifth presidential debate on Saturday evening.
The fifth debate revolves around economic and social welfare issues, finance and investment, and trade and industry.
It will be the last round of the series of debates held leading up to the 2019 presidential election on April 17.
