Jakarta (ANTARA) - Manpower Minister M. Hanif Dhakiri urged workers, who had not received Holiday Allowance (THR) from their companies, to report to the THR Payment Consultation and Law Enforcement Service Post in 2019.

"Those facing a problem, in terms of not having received THR, should kindly consult with the THR command post," Dhakiri remarked at the Office of the Ministry of Manpower, Jakarta, Monday.

This recommendation not only applies to workers but also to companies that want to consult or submit complaints concerning THR payments to the Command Post, located in Building B, the Ministry of Manpower Office, Jakarta.

The post has opened services from May 20 to June 10, 2019, and operates from 8 to 15:30 Western Indonesian Standard Time (WIB) on weekdays and 9 to15:30 WIB on holidays.

Workers or companies seeking consultation can also contact the post via telephone number: 021-5260488.

Moreover, consultation can be sought through WhatsApp messaging service: 081212576261. Complaints and law enforcement services can be accessed via WhatsApp number 081310380973 in the complaint format: company name (space) (space) address (space) substance of the complaint.

Workers and companies encountering THR-related problems can also consult by mailing their queries on e-mail address: poskothr@kemnaker.go.id.
