"In our system, we will control, perhaps, the form of reporting. However, it is still awaiting the ministry's regulation; of course, there is an SOP (standard operating procedure)," said Head of Immigration Division of the office Wilopo, in Mataram on Friday.
Wilopo added that there would be a special team on duty, which comes from the office. "This special team will monitor the handling of the case and its development."

In this case, the KPK determined Kurniadie, the Head of the Mataram Immigration Office, as a suspect accused of receiving Rp1.2 billion in bribes, along with Yusriansyah, Head of the Intelligence and Enforcement of the Immigration Office in Mataram. KPK determined Liliana, Director of PT Wisata Bahagia, manager of the Wyndham Sundancer Lombok Resort, as the organizer.
This bribe given by Liliana was allegedly to stop the legal process against BGW and MK, two foreigners who were allegedly only have permission to stay as tourists, but still worked at the Wyndham Sundancer Lombok Resort.
The role of the three suspects was determined by the KPK based on the results of the case proceedings carried out within 1 x 24 hours after being caught in NTB.
Kurniadie and Yusriansyah allegedly violated Article 12 Letter a or Article 12 Letter b or Article 11 of Law Number 31/1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crimes as amended by Act Number 20 of 2001 in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) to 1 Criminal Code.
Especially for Kurniadie, the KPK added Article 9 or Article 13 of Law Number 31/1999 as amended by Law Number 20/2001.
For Liliana, the KPK applied Article 5 Paragraph (1) Letter a or Article 5 Paragraph (1) Letter b or Article 13 of Law Number 31/1999 as amended by Act Number 20/2001.
In the development of the case, the KPK has extended the detention period for the three suspects for the next 40 days from July 17 to 26, 2019.
