He felt that he did not need to respond to any criticism or rejection that was conveyed through the media. According to him, everyone can have different perceptions about the cooperation scheme for building the Ainun Habibie Hospital.

He also mentioned Permendagri (the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation) Number 96 of 2016 concerning Procedures for Availability Payment in the Framework of Regional Government Cooperation with Business Entities for the Provision of Infrastructure in the Regions.
"In principle, the government respects every opinion that exists. That is fine, but if you want to discuss the rules and how the PPP is proceeding, you should immediately check with the relevant ministry. The process is open and everyone can find out," he said.
