The inauguration was based on Presidential Decree no 66/P Year 2019 on the Official Installation of Deputy Governor of Central Sulawesi for the remaining term of the 2019-2021 period.
National Mandate Party (PAN) politician Pallabi had succeeded Sudarto, who had breathed his last in 2016 while serving term as the province's deputy governor.
Among high-ranking officials present at the inauguration ceremony were Vice President M. Jusuf Kalla, Minister/State Secretary Pratikno, Home Affairs Minister Tjahjo Kumolo, Chairman of the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR) Zulkifli Hasan, and Central Sulawesi Governor Longki Djanggola.
