Jokowi departed aboard the Air Force’s Super Puma helicopter from the Atang Sanjaya Air Force Base in Bogor at 8:24 a.m. local time.
Following his arrival in Subang District at 9 a.m. local time, Jokowi was greeted by Major General Tri Soewandono, chief of the Regional Military Command III/Siliwagi, and Inspector General Rudi Sufahriadi, chief of the West Java Police.
His agenda in Subang entailed partaking in the Friday mass prayers and paying a visit to see the Mekaar (Prosperous Family Economy) program sponsored by state-owned company Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM).
In the afternoon, the president will visit the Patimban seaport construction project where a dock was being built during its first development phase.
Other members of the Presidential entourage during the working visit included Health Minister Terawan Agus Putranto, Transportation Minister Budi Karya Sumadi, Public Works and Public Housing Minister Basuki Hadimuljono, Cooperatives and Small-, Medium-Scale Enterprise Minister Teten Masduki, and Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung.
Furthermore, Deputy Governor of West Java Uu Ruzhanul Ulum, Chief of the Presidential Secretariat Heru Budi Hartono, Presidential Military Secretary Major General Suharyanto, and Commander of the Presidential Guards Major General Maruli Simanjuntak also joined the presidential entourage.
