Jakarta (ANTARA) - State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) Minister Erick Thohir confirmed that several Indonesian SOEs operating in the railroad sector were permitted to partake in a bidding process to manufacture 1,050 train cars for the Bangladesh railway.
