Jakarta (ANTARA) - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi), on Wednesday, paid a working visit to Indramayu District, West Java, to witness rice harvesting activities in Wanasari Village.

The head of state and his entourage departed from the Bogor Presidential Palace, Bogor, West Java, in cars for Wanasari at 7 a.m. local time and arrived at the destination at 10:10 a.m. local time.

The president was scheduled to observe farming activities there and hold a dialog with local farmers.

From Indramayu, Jokowi would head to the Batang Integrated Industrial Estate (KIT), located in Ketanggan Village, Gringsing Sub-district, Batang District, Central Java Province, to review construction work for development of an industrial estate.

The president was scheduled to fly back to Jakarta in the afternoon via the Ahmad Yani International Airport, Semarang City, Central Java.

Members of the presidential entourage comprised Head of the Presidential Secretariat Heru Budi Hartono, Presidential Military Secretary M. Tonny Harjono, Presidential security guard (Paspampres) Commander Major General Agus Subiyanto, and Deputy for Protocol, Press, and the Media of the Presidential Secretariat Bey Machmudin.
