"There will be three blocks, one is the role of ISEI, (two is the) economic recovery process, and three is digitalization era," ISEI official Anggito Abimanyu said during an online press conference on Friday.
ISEI has supported the national economy for 66 years through its members in the field of academia, business, and government, he stated.
The ISEI congress will be held in Anging Mamiri, Makassar, South Sulawesi, he informed.
The event will have three agendas -- announcement of policy formulation and recommendation, call for 20 selected papers and a national seminar, and international webinar, he added.

The congress will also communicate the aggregate of ISEI's branch study result, Abhimanyu said.
"This is a self research in every branch, which answers the question whether the current PPKM (public activity restriction) is better in terms of macroeconomic stability, economic growth, and enterprise growth compared to last year," he elaborated.
In general, the current economic condition is more resilient in handling the pandemic compared to during the previous implementation of Large-Scale Social Distancing (PSBB), Abimanyu remarked.
ISEI expects the result of the study, the congress, and the seminar to be an important part of economic recovery efforts, he said.
ISEI is aware that economic recovery is not just the job of the government and Bank Indonesia, but also the duty of professional organizations such as ISEI, he added.
"We are grateful for our friends' activities in every region in Indonesia that have established synergy and developed ISEI. We always believe that this country requires a change in attitude and transformation from all parties," Abimanyu remarked. (
