Torang bisa! Kalo ko bisa, sa juga bisa lebih baik lagi.Jakarta (ANTARA) - Vice President Ma'ruf Amin visited 1 Vim Presidential Instruction Program (Inpres) State Elementary School, Abepura Sub-district, Jayapura City, on Saturday to meet and greet the students there.
According to the Press, Media, and Information Bureau of the Vice President’s Secretariat, Amin held a brief dialog with the students, representatives of the school board, and local residents at the school yard.
Furthermore, the vice president inquired about the completeness of the school’s equipment.
On the same occasion, Amin highlighted that the government was striving to advance education in Papua.
"The government is improving the quality of local human resources through education. Thus, they will be able to compete nationally and internationally," he affirmed.

In addition, Amin expressed hope that the students would continue the learning process to advance Papua.
"Indeed, Papua has a wide pool of talent. Nonetheless, you have to learn diligently to be successful," he remarked.
One of the students named Amsal was glad that Vice President Amin had visited his school.
Luckily, Amsal had the opportunity to converse with the vice president, who asked him about his aspirations.

"I want to become a great soccer player! I am glad you (Vice President Amin) have come here," the student remarked.
Concluding the visit, the vice president encouraged the students and local residents to continue to drive Papua to be better.
"’Torang bisa! Kalo ko bisa, sa juga bisa lebih baik lagi’ (means ‘We can! If you can do it, I can do it better’)," he affirmed.
Apart from visiting the school, Vice President Amin was also scheduled to chair a coordination meeting with several officials of the Papua provincial government over expediting regional development and alleviating extreme poverty.
