Moreover, tourists arriving in Lagoi under the travel bubble arrangement should have been vaccinated twice or have obtained the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, he informed.
At the arrival terminal of Bandar Bintan Telani (BBT) International Port, foreign tourists will be required to undergo a PCR test in a room provided by the management of the Lagoi tourism area, he said.
"The foreign tourists can wait for the test results at the hotel," he added.
Tourists arriving in Lagoi will also be provided a blue pass to ease the process of tracing, tracking, and treatment if they are confirmed positive for COVID-19, Jamaludin said.

All tourism attractions in Lagoi will require visitors to scan the QR code of the PeduliLindungi application at check-in, he added.
"The health procedures under the travel bubble are very strict for anticipating the spread of COVID-19," he said.
Furthermore, in the initial stage of the implementation of the Indonesia-Singapore travel bubble, only 500 tourists will be allowed entry per day, and all tourists will be evenly allocated to resorts operating in the region, he explained.
"The capacity of each resort will be limited to only 50 percent," he added.
Health protocols will also be tightened for employees in Lagoi, wherein they will work in a two-week rotating shift, he informed.
"When returning to work, employees will be tested using antigen or PCR (tests)," he added.
Jamaludin said that 20 Tanjungpinang Port Health Office personnel have been kept ready to oversee the implementation of the travel bubble in Bintan, which officially commenced on January 24, 2022.
